The Lofrans Dorado 500W horizontal is a perfect windlass for boats up to 32'. Although one of Lofran's smallest windlasses, there is no compromise in elite manufacturing. The Dorado is a drop-in installation: quick, simple, and ideal for compact anchor chain lockers. The motor installs directly under the windlass housing, saving ample space. Easily a one person job, only stud tightening and wire connections are done from under the deck after pass the motor through the deck hole.
