Exactly as described, easy replacement
After troubleshooting with the manufacturer, we determined the Motor Speed Control board was bad. The replacement was delivered on time, packed well, and took only 4 screws to remove and 4 wires to reconnect. The green bar unplugged from the old and plugged directly into the new board. System is working again, overall a quick fix. I appreciated the diagram with part numbers on this listing so I knew exactly what i was getting.
