Hynautic Hydraulic Engine Control Head Senders - CR-B4, CR-T4, CL-B4, CL-T4 (REBUILD SERVICE ONLY)

Background:

• Over an extended period of time the seals, moving parts, and the fluid in the hydraulic engine controls begin to fail. If your engine control head is in a rebuildable state, we have the capability to repair them at our facility.

What Parts of the Hynautic Hydraulic Engine Control System Do we Rebuild?

• Almost all components of the engine control system are rebuildable.
• The Following control heads: CL-B4, CR-B4, CL-T4, CR-T4
• Hynautic controls are obsolete, we recommend upgrading to a KE4+ System

How Much Does it Cost?

• $560, this includes the seal kit, bushing, and basic rebuild
• + Return Shipping
• NOTE: Any additional components that are damaged (i.e. the bushing, handle, knob) we will contact you if so
• If you add more than 1 to cart, and choose "Free Shipping" shipping will be added after you place your order.

How Long Does it Take?

• 1-2 day turnaround for most rebuilds

How To Remove your Control Head:

• Make sure to relieve the pressure on the hydraulic reservoir
• Disconnect lines to control head
• Remove from dash
• Drain ALL oil from part, if we have to drain the oil for you, there is a $30 fee for us to recycle it
• Place the control head in a plastic bag so it does not leak in the shipping box

How to Ship your Control Head

• Add this part to your cart

• Place the part in a bag to prevent leaking
• Include a note with your return shipping information, phone #, email, order # and anything you'd like us to know about the parts
• Bring the parts to your favorite carrier and ship to us
• 1-2 day turnaround and we will ship the parts back to you

• Include a note in the box with return address, contact information, and part information, ship the part to us, no need to checkout online. Please note, we can track your rebuild better if you place the order online, you acknowledge this when not placing the order online.

About Our Rebuild Service:

Seatech Marine Products, located in San Diego, CA has over 30+ years in the marine service business. We are an authorized dealer for Dometic Seastar, and are well versed of the ins and outs of your part. Once you send your part into us for rebuild, a marine tech will look over your part and make sure it only needs to be rebuilt, if we encounter more issues we will contact you for approval of repair and for your payment information. Most of the rebuilds we do take 1-2 business days, and we will ship the part back to you. Although your part is expected to last years, we offer a 6 month limited warranty. Please do not send in your part if it is frozen from corrosion or has holes in it.

Terms of Purchase:

• If the part is not rebuildable, inspection fee is $40 + return shipping, $20 of that can be applied to a new part
• Drain ALL oil from cylinder, if we have to drain the oil for you, there is a $30 fee for us to recycle it
• Estimated rebuild time is ONLY AN ESTIMATE, and is based off of when we receive your part, how many rebuilds we have going on at the moment, and how much attention your part will need. In no way is the ESTIMATED rebuild time a guarantee. If you need the part rebuild immediately (1 full day of having it) tell us in the order comments and we will contact you for a rush fee ($100)
