These upgrade kits replace the core electronics in your existing Series S or Series E system so you can unlock Zipwake PRO performance: ultra-fast response, Active Pitch control, Roll Offset, and Wake Shaping - while keeping your current interceptors and helm interface.

What’s Included

All kits include a new Distribution Unit PRO (DU PRO) and a matched set of PRO Servo Units for your interceptors, plus PRO software (v4.3) for your existing control panel or Integrator Module.

• DU PRO - Built-in voltage boost supplies 36 VDC to servos; supports up to 3 × Series E PRO or 6 × Series S PRO interceptors.
• PRO Servo Units - Ultra-fast, calibration-free; double shaft seals, precision stainless shaft.
• Software PRO - Update your panel/integrator via USB to enable PRO functions.

Note: Contents above reflect kit intent (DU PRO + matched PRO servos). Your existing interceptors and control panel / Integrator Module are retained.

Compatibility & Requirements

• Works with existing Zipwake Series S and Series E installations.
• Cabling: Boat wiring remains the same except for the servo-to-DU runs (new PRO servo leads connect to DU PRO).
• Software: Update control panel or Integrator Module to PRO v4.3 via USB.
• Capacity: DU PRO supports up to 6× S PRO or 3× E PRO interceptors per system.

Upgrade at a Glance

1. Verify your interceptor series and quantity (S, E, or 400-E) and select the matching kit.
2. Swap your existing distribution unit for DU PRO.
3. Replace existing servo units with the supplied PRO servos.
4. Update your helm panel / integrator to PRO software via USB.
5. Power up, run setup, and enjoy PRO features and faster response.
