The H-42-04 has been discontinued by Dometic Seastar, your options are:

We HIGHLY recommend rebuilding your H4204 before purchasing the suggested replacement below. Send us your helm (s) HERE for rebuilding $560. (1 or 2 day turn around time)
You can purchase the Capilano HH5275, with the HB0573 Bush. This is not a direct replacement, mounting and fit adjustments will need to be made. The new helm is about 30% larger and 30% heavier.
