SeaStar HF6004 ORB Fitting Kit 90 Degree Elbow Stainless Steel (Pack of 2)

The Dometic SeaStar HF6004 is the OEM 90° elbows for SeaStar/BayStar hydraulic steering systems that use ORB ports (the “-3” generation helms & cylinders). The elbows turn the hose exit 90° for clean routing in tight consoles and transoms and seal with an O-ring (not the threads).

• Straight-thread ORB seal — no pipe dope or Teflon tape
• Two fittings per kit (pair)

Compatibility Notes

• Use on SeaStar/BayStar “-3” helms & cylinders with positionable ORB ports
• Not for older NPT-threaded helms/cylinders

Install tip: Lightly lubricate the O-rings with SeaStar fluid, orient the elbow to your hose path, then torque to spec. Do not apply thread sealant to ORB threads.
