SeaStar HK7500-4 PRO Hydraulic Steering Kit

The Dometic HK7500-4 SeaStar PRO Hydraulic Steering Kit is the high performance outboard steering package built for single non power assisted outboards up to 350 HP on fast bass boats, flats boats, center consoles, and race or ski hulls. This kit pairs the SeaStar PRO helm with the PRO front mount cylinder for a solid, precise steering feel at speed. It is suitable for boats capable of speeds in excess of 65 mph and for use with jack plates and performance propellers when installed and sized correctly.

The updated -4 kit, which is the direct replacement for the HK7500A-3 kits include the new -4 helms redesigned with new valve technology, more durable check valves and a revamped design.

What is included in the HK7500-4 kit

SeaStar PRO front mount outboard cylinder HC6345-3 Balanced PRO front mount cylinder, 1500 PSI rated, keyed support bracket, 8.0 inch stroke, 1.375 inch bore, approx 8.34 cu in fluid volume, stainless ORB-5 hose fittings, heavy duty shaft and pivot bushings.
SeaStar hydraulic steering fluid HA5430H Two quarts of SeaStar hydraulic steering fluid for filling and bleeding the system.
SeaStar Fill and bleed kit HA5438 Bottle adapter and hardware to fill and bleed the helm and cylinder, plus installation instructions.
SeaStar PRO hose HO57XX / HO69XX At an additional cost, you can add PRO hose above. We offer odd length hoses and the option to upgrade the hose fittings to stainless steel. Note, the HO57XX part numbers are being discontinued, replaced with HO69XX, the same exact part only with new packaging.
